Hi, at first i am sorry for my language, I am not an professional english talker.
And now to the topic:
When I started this game before cca 2 years ago, there were more than 1 thousand players online. During the events more than about 2K.
Now? less than half...why?
Yeah - many players had to leave the game because had no time for it, somebody else just forgot it. My opinion is that many players were also discouraged by punishments and penalties. Punishments are really too strict in my opinion, especially for higher character levels.
If someone got a ban (is blocked), than is no was to ublock now. Do you think, that someone, who had 10-15 character level and was blocked, will start again?
I don't think so. Months and years which you have spent here are away...no motivation for start.
I hope that this character level should be considered. I am now level 12 and believe me - it is very hard to find someone for help in hunts now. Group battles for 6 players are alredy not almost played, because there are simply not enough players online. And if you have luck, you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for it...
You know, I am bothered when someone is spamming the chat, or is writing on forum with caps look, or is afk in hunts. Little punishments and paying thousands gols are ok. However bans are too strict ban, especially for someone, who has bought TI or has played LWM for more than few days or weeks. I don't want to play alone here and if I could choose I would choose the spammers and afkers now, because every player (except vulgar violators) is good now.
After a while the game will be not playable and there will be left just the players, who are reporting or who don't write anything and anywhere and are passiv.
In conclusion I want to write, that I am not defending the violators. I just want more players and more pleasure from the game - this game is also team game and if you can't find teammates, the game is lost. And also because of this inactivity many players left...it's a shame.

| I feel the opposite. Just because players are less, I am not supportive of tolerating any kind of cheaters. That's why rules are made and one should follow it, and if they don't they should be punished with no exceptions. I'd rather be the part of a game with 100 clean players rather than a game with thousands of cheaters. |
I agree with Vlaer ,strict rules need to be made to have clean players and to keep lordswm in tidy condition.
But the condition in lordswm that i saw is there are some character (you know who i say) does not deserve to be block for the rules they break. There are also some characters does not being punish for the rules they break. So more rules or less rules to be made is kind of useless because we know the major reason why many people left this game, and it is sure that it was not because of rules too strict. |

To Vlaer: It's a big different between cheaters and violators. Cheater have made unfair advantage. Violators "just" disturb other players. Cheater should get ban everytime, but violators not. In other games it is solved with bans on forum, chat and so on to prevent this disturbing. Not ban in game, because they didn't make any game advantage for oneself. Yeah there are some exception for serios violations...but it should be really "stars" (*****) language.

Actually, violators are also a kind of cheaters, in a sense that they steal a person's enjoyment in the game. Yes, they should be punished but their punishment can be reduced. |

Many years ago I used to report cheaters, but I later found out about the flaws in the system.
As for your reasoning that strict rules and blocks are behind the drop in online players. That's absolutely false. If anything it's the opposite. The lax punishments and the system that encourages cheating is what keeps the # of online players high. If all the rule violators are blocked and the system is changed to discourage new cheaters, then the online players would plummet. |
| i completely agree the work people put into the game for months just to be banned, and most of the time players are banned it is without even having a clue what they did. Good job with the English by the way :) |
| While I agree that people should be given 2nd chances, I believe it's important to keep punishments consistent and quick. And to not have random enforcement of the rules. This only serves to bring fear to high level players who spent years in the game while it further promotes cheating in the low-mid levels. |

That would be ok if they just had a translated everything to english or had option to choose language and have 2 forums, group battles would be the only downfall. |
