| This is a bug? | Yes, it is. And has been already reported here:

Anytime a .com thief gets a thief guild level that would have been a thief raider artifact on .ru gets nothing instead. Im suspect this will get corrected when the merge takes place and .com thieves will received the raider (upgraded thief) arts. |
