maybe admins accidently also copied the new artifacts with latest unannounced updates and tgi changes.
Because on .ru from TG8 and onwards you get different Thief arts. So if they accidently copied that update to this server too, but forgot to introduce the new thief arts ....... |

Same for TG 7 for me so it must be either a bug for TG 8+ or bug for you, hopefully sometime this year it may be fixed for you :P |

With old rules you got 1 TGI at TG level 2 and another at TG level 4. Since the new rules were introduced you get only 1 at TG level 5 unless you had got already a TGI at TG level 2 by old rules which is your case. So you won't receive a TGI. |
