I know the reason !
It is cause on ru when your TG lvl is 1-7 you get thief arts,when 8-12 lvl , you get another type of arts...it is a bug here :( |

i leveled up in thieve's guild and i got no artifact

I have got a similar problem as Woosh with leveling up to TG8 just now
maybe we will get a raider art after the merge instead of this thief art (hope) |
| admins told us, no updates until merge, so before the merge, they wil not fix this, :( |

| since Arctic is online and merge comming, maybe there is a chance to solve the problem/bug? i didnt received any art too some time ago |
