The admins should get a group of people who can help in matters such as password recovery, account recovery etc..
This team is not an in-game group of people like how mods are chosen but people who work along with the admins and do it as a job like a designer or programmer..

It is sometimes difficult to determine why a char need some kind of recovery. However, if you just look at the amount of players that miraculously knows who "hacked" their accounts, it is obvious that they have given away their passwords. It is a clear violation of the rules so those accounts should be blocked.
What you really is asking for is an active group of people that blocks "hacked" accounts. Possibly the "hackers" too.
There is already an automatic built-in feature for password recovery. You just write your name and email and get the password in the email. I have not tested it but I suppose it works fine. |

That's exactly the feature that "hackers" and the "hacked" complain about. Because of that feature neither party can gain sole control of the account and thus it becomes an endurance struggle to see who can keep changing email / password every 3 days. |
