Is that possible at all ? Since this server is pretty much underpopulated but for people who dont speak russia at all it is the
only option to play this, honestly over years pretty entertaining game.
If those two server could be united that would be such a great thing
since you finally would have some player to play with, which isn't that
easy on this server :(

I really see that as a problem. Yes, we will have more players to play with, but what's the fun if we can't even communicate with them? GBs won't be fun at all! |
I guess that russians would understand english at all or at least they can write and understand the numbers of stacks they want us to focus :)
But with 400 people online all day it's just not as fun as it was
back when there were 1,5 k every time :(

you can type the number of the stack, then simply type the tile no. like 4:5 no need to use word only numbers are required for communication, and if merge occurs then language problem is very tiny against fun we will get. |
If the merge ever happens, admins might put a translator in battlechat, to make russians and english speakers communicate with each other. Also, for me, it would be better to keep our server with 1 active admin (just like Arctic were), to bring events for us and develop our server too.
But, as it won't happen, merge is still a good option, if done properly. |

No fun in it. The best thing I like about GBs is the great communication.

That would be even worse. You know how google translator works, I don't think a better version can be made here.

i play in .ru server i dont know an bit of Russian yet have an great load of fun there:) without even battle chat i understand what they are up to and play accordingly remember they are also an player like you they know to play :)
with ektoras having clan there for English speakers its made still easy for understanding the events :)
i really enjoy there without knowing an bit of russian there merge would not be an problem at all if you seek pure joy from game rather than taking it seriously and showing off or determined to achieve etc its worth not playing the game at all

Seriously the language then would be no problem (imo)as compared to the fun you will get.
OH and one more thing you all want to merge with heroeswm but try going there once.
Under population is bad but lol get the feel of over population.

The problem with that is it requires an admin to program, translate, and port over the event to .com. Since it is obviously too much work without Arctic around, they have decided to abandon us.

lol, then why do you want the merge? The merged server would just be ru but hopefully with our characters there. Anyone who want the merge to happen, can play in ru right now; there is no advantage to waiting unless one wants to keep their high level character.

Same here. Even I shall be quitting the day we merge. I mean if the admins could hire some people for development of this server and advertise it properly, we could regain this server. This is possible, the fact that we had a lot more people earlier is an evidence to this fact. And yes, more people would mean more revenue, and so an investment in more people would be beneficial to admins as well. And yes, advertisement is important as well. I myself came here following an advertisement on some site. |

i started here first and mine is an 9th level here and an bit rich considerably:) but as i am playing too much pvp there i dont have enough supplies so to take an break i play here... i mostly play .ru rather than .com server

i had the same problem in beginning but got used to it i noe exactly know where merc guild rests ,hunt guild rests , and duel against an cpu etc:)
for the resources problem i just now know what spelling in resource means which resource with out me knowing the exact language ... who told you to master that language?? just try to know what represents what thats all:)
