When I go to blacksmith there I can modify item with resources, but there also so button BRAND, when I press him shows additional 5,000 gold, what is it?

it is to "write" your name on the artifact. A mark to recognize skilled blacksmith's work.
Pretty useless, in fact :)

The enchanter can put their name on the artifact. The name is linked to their profile.
