I think this topic has already been breached by someone else; I'm just refreshing it. This thread is by no means a complaint against the admin. and rules.
When you register with the game, you agree to having read the rules. The rules are about a page and a half and if broken result in strict punishment. I didn't read all of them when I started; I didn't think they mattered. I learned the rules through breaking them and getting fined. I think that instead of a page and a half of rules that no one wants to read or thinks they even need too, you should just make it impossible to break the then not-needed rules. I saw this idea earlier. When a person goes to register, they can say if this account is their main or a multi (only three accounts though). If a multi, then they have to say what the main is. Then the multi accounts cannont send money to the main or to the other multi (if there is one). And if someone makes more than one main account, then they are subject to penalties. I just think the majority of the rules with the blocking punishment can be taken out of the game. It causes much more "grief" and dislike of the game when a character is blocked instead of just making it impossible for multi accounts to send gold and artifacts to other listed accounts.
Also, concerning siblings, friends, parents, etc., all playing from the same IP. This is where the rules matter. Each person needs to have in their profile description who sometimes logs from their IP that isn't them. I clearly did yet still was blocked when my dad and sister (and somteimes friend) sent gold to me and I to them. If someone is not saying in their profile description who logs in from same IP sometimes then contact them and let them know the rules. If they don't respond then I think it is blocking time. Also, I think instead of blocking straight away players who might not have read the extensive rules and broken them unknowingly, then let them know and give them a second chance.
I have requested an unblock of my original accounts from the Secretary and created this and two others as start over accounts. If anyone agrees with my ideas please respond to this and pm me.

Blocking it without warning make me a little disapoint with that.. | | Again, I was stating in all my accounts who my sister's accounts were and what my dad's was. I told them to do the same. Still blocked. I think the real reason was because a person named necro666 (I have no idea who it is; contacted him, didn't respond) sent Mojocat 300,000 gold. I was fined 210,000 of it and blocked soon after. I feel as though this is the true reason for the block (though people have told me it wasn't). Necro666 does NOT belong to me. You can check the IP. | I also was blocked, by a small reason, and it might have something with this rules. So, I agree, it could be done, and would make the "I didn't know the rules" a (almost) useless excuse.
In your case, the block may not have been because of the transfer, as you were already fined 'cause of that. It can be by other things, but its not allowed to discuss in forums, so if you want to continue, PM me :P (also, Secretary is inactive for a while, I think, so probably no unblock for you :S)

These were NOT my multi accounts and I stated clearly in my profile descriptions of all my multi's. It was also stated in their account profiles too. I don't see how that is breaking the rules... | | Another idea: No permanent blocks. Blocks for a few days maybe, but permanent block on an high level account for a small transgression/misunderstanding my admin is way too harsh. I know, there are many players out there who deserve the block but just think how many more don't. It's nearly impossible to differentiate but I just think that the blockers should find out all they can to see if there is a plausible reason for the rule-breaking or if it isn't rule-breaking at all, just a misunderstanding or something that looks like rule-breaking. | -1

The thread "Some ideas for multiple characters" has many of the same ideas as I do but with tons of +1. And all I get is -1, even when I have a good reason for changing the game...some of the people here really need to just THINK. | Please do not try to provoke.
You need to accept that not every one will have the same opinion as you but they are just as entitled to express it here. |
