how do you sell things to factories and get profit as i have read the F.A.Q of this before u post but never figure out?
how do u build or buy an estate?

1- you can sell the resources + steel, nickel & magic powder to places which have gold and need the resource. if there is no gold buying their product will add gold there. if they don't need it then enrolling there will use some of them and they will need some resource.
2- you can't build all of it. you can buy it in market from players(if anyone wants to sell it) and then if it is not complete build the rooms inside it.
3- the productivity level increases meaning that your next enrolls give you more gold. for example at LG1 get the productivity of 1.1 meaning wage x 1.1 is your income |

you didnt receive money or gold you your lg lvl increase, instead, your next enrolls give you more gold
how much each time?
there is no fix amount of gold increase since wages is different for facility.
just multiply your wages with the productivity as given by the link below.
