do u know how its suppose to drop old ones and learn new does that mean to leave it behing and start ur points all over again or is it still the same points but u can put it on new ones.

It is a reset potion. All the stats you choose can be chosen again. Default stats given by your faction, faction lvls, lg, and hg will not be changed. But chosen stats from combat lvls and mg are reset so you can chose them again.

Your total points will not change.
