| Which mercenary guild do i have to go to in order to get a monster quest? | Seraph's Tears office specializes in Monster, Brigands, and Vanguards.
You will have a 70% to get these type of missions and 30% chance to get the other types of missions at Seraph's Tears.

So the full answer is that you can go to both guild offices to get a monster quest but you are more likely to receive one at Seraph's Tears. |
