Tantrik is a real life friend ( I am using his Invitation link),(He is saving up for TGI and has around 700,000 gold lying around of which he has no immediate use.) Keeping this in mind....
I need around 100,000 to buy full arts. is it ok if I take a loan from him today and return it over a period of time ( in installments of 10,000)
I need confirmation from some experienced players( to the effect that it's OK to do it) to convince him as he is pretty sure that we will be blocked if we do it. |
General Rule#3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
So, the maximum amount of loan you can take is "your lvl X 20000 gold" = 140000 gold. (assuming you have no other loans at the moment)
And, there is no rule stating the limit for "giving the loan". So, yes, you can take 100,000 loan from your friend. But DO remember that you must return that gold to your friend within 1 month (which in my opinion is very difficult for your lvl, unless you buy diamonds), else "you and only you (not your friend)" will get penalized for that. |
