Every time your combat levels up or faction level up or guild level up you will get bonus.

combat & guild bonus stay on what ever faction you switch. but you will lose you faction level bonus.
because when you switch you new faction you will start from zero. | No, faction level bonuses only apply to the faction you are using. Whatever faction you are using, only those faction bonuses apply.
For example:
I have faction lvl 5 Wizard and faction lvl 2 Elf.
I currently only have faction level bonuses of lvl 5 Wizard
no bonuses from lvl 2 Elf or other factions
If I switch to Elf, I will only get the faction lvl bonuses from lvl 2 Elf, no bonuses from lvl 5 Wizard or any other faction
However, you still get the "damage dealt to you by representatives of this very faction - every skill level decreases the damage dealt by that faction to you by 3%".
In other words regardless of what faction I'm currently in, I will always get 15% (from 5 faction levels in Wizard) decreased damage received from Wizards both from hero and troop damage and 6% (from 2 faction levels in Elf) decreased damage from Elf heroes and their troops. These bonus resistances only apply in battles where there is a hero, that means no hunts and MG.
tl;dr
