Here it says that bow blocked isn't available. Following this logic, after 2009-04-24 14:04:07 no one should be blocked by bow. It could be by rule 1.5 or any thing else, but not by bow. So, why this players were blocked by this exactly reason:
2) The admins may fine or block any character as they feel necessary.
However, as a warning to chars who try and by-pass rules by intentionally doing illegal things or pestering admins to get a char blocked. You may find that they decide to block ALL characters which play from your IP address etc.
