He's sent me a couple of very insulting (B---- word and such) messages in PM.
I've put him on my black list, which also deleted the messages, so I can't forward them to insults or such.
However, now he is also trying to spam my transfer log with more insults.
Also his "brother" For-Crossbow https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4927577 , he also sent me messages with insults a few weeks ago and was also placed on my black list. Interestingly, the insults were almost exactly the same. | There are also many arts transferred between these two.

I haven't send any messages to insult. When i made business deal with her she cheated me effectively.Such as try to put so many arts in my inventory without my request my sales request. And, whenever rent arts from her, she smartly cheated me by entering unnecessary rent period to push her arts in my inventory. At one moment i realized and questioned her about that without any reply she put me in blacklist and now acting like smart.
My brother account name: For-Crossbow.
He is just a small guy sharing same room with same computer. he play this game with my help. At one point of time instruct him to follow my game style. By that way i refereed the player: Flour for weapon lease and Player: hablaty for smith.
And i informed my brother that be careful with the player: she may cheat smartly.
Yes agree we transfer arts, but all transfers are legal only. At one time My brother is interested in trading. so, i suggested him to do elements business. He is doing so good in it. For that, i got loan and some arts from him. And pay back him in terms of elements and some time by unwanted arts.
Nowadays, his elements business affected the player: Flour's business. So, she started to do something against me and my brother.

In addition, he has stated that he does transfers with someone from his ip, and that he helps him. That is Illegal.

Is indeed quite suspicious, but it does show that he was telling his 'brother' what to say. And we do not know if he does have a brother or not.

Try saying "Shame on you on doing silly things" to any of your elders and they will surely let you know the meaning of respect
I never defended flour nor said Knightsss is guilty\not guilty
I din't pass any judgement and nor I am planning to. A keeper is here for that.

That's not the whole truth.
I have leased a number of artifacts to TheKnightsss.
At one point he could not return a few of my artifacts because my inventory was full.
He asked when the artifacts could be removed.
I replied that I will remove the artifacts ASAP.
He responded with name calling.
It was only at that time that he was blacklisted.
At the same time I was able to withdraw my artifact.
When he realized he was black listed and he could no longer rent from me, nor insult me he posted another insult in my transfer log.
Nowadays, his elements business affected the player: Flour's business. So, she started to do something against me and my brother.

My complaint was filed on 12/30, soon after he posted an insult in my transfer log.

Before, i start to make business deal with my brother. I put a "question in help and queries" section mean that "is art sales, loan and renting acceptable between family accounts?". One or some of admin or related players replied me "to mean that " its acceptable" (posted with rule link). I don't the exact date. But, approximate date is just 1 or 2 days before "matrimony registration".
In addition, I paid back loan, rent and payment of sold arts within time limit. And also, all payments equal accord to the market prices.
Rely for the comment of the player : Flour>
Usual time length for lease an art for 1 battle : 3 hours or maximum 6 hours
Initially she followed that. But, later are tournament time, without knowledge she send arts for 1 day for even 1 battle. 1 or 2 times i requested her don't repeat that but, she never listened my request. She repeated the act again and again.
On, Christmas and New year time. She purposefully put her arts in my inventory with that act. I requested her that withdraw them. She didn't reply and went offline.
Another case, she started to keep her arts in my inventory without my request. Purpose she done is, to make miss click to get those arts.
Once i realized and warned her, she is acting like innocent due frustration with revenge attitude.
Guys, I am not disrespecting her or anyone. I am just revealing her true color.
That is the reason, i mean that she cheated me effectively or technically.
I didn't even file complaint against her too. Because, i realized that lvl 1 or 15 any level, all are just human being.

Your true color revealed here.You are thinking that level 14 and 15 players are like GOD and most respectable persons and lower level players are not a respectable persons.
I note down the point from yours forum posts and threads in various topics.
My bold reply for you and your kind of players:
Most of the higher level players are just experienced. But, they are not well talented. So many well talented players playing in this server with high level spirit in lower levels.
In Another sense says: You are not using any disrespect words in PM or Posts to avoid penalties or block. But, internally you may thinking that lower level players are stupids.(My opinion)

I try to keep my customers satisfied to the best of my ability. If TheKnightsss was so dissatisfied with my service, why did he keep renting from me?
However, that is not the issue here. The complaint is specifically about verbal abuse that I have received from TheKnightsss.
Although I no longer have the PMs in my inbox because blacklisting deletes them, the admins can still retrieve them. The PMs from TheKnightsss were sent on 12/29.
I was initially satisfied with just blacklisting him and didn't complain.
What actually triggered me to open this thread was an insult in my transfer log that I got on 12/30:
