You also have to buy magic guild level 3

When you have the talent you will have two sets of each spells in your spellbook, one normal and one empowered one
how do u activate or do rain of arrows?
You go into your spellbook when it is your heroes turn and press it (There must be at least one stack of your favourite unit present |

"learn lvl 3 chaos (or dark) magic" means that you are now "smart" enough to learn level 3 spells. The spells can be found by building a level 3 magic guild ;)

You can activate it in your spell book by pressing the empowered spells |
