Do you have any international card, like visa, master card?

Helping the project "there", is the same as helping the project "here", so unless your aim is to get some diamonds instead of just "give help", you can go "there" and use your qiwi method just like you know :)
Otherwise, you can wait for the merge of "there" and "here" to happen so you don't have this kind of problems, it won't take more than 3 weeks !
