| Because registrations are closed until the merge with the Russian server takes place. |
| Registration has been closed (most likely it's temporary), probably because the merge will happen soon. But we can't be sure, since only admins know this and they have not informed the players. |
It has been temporarily closed, next time look for simalar thread on the forum first
