A question to admins: what am i to do if i want to choose my .ru character as my main, but he's of lower level than my .com? Apparently, i'd be breaking this rule.

3.13.8. Additional character cannot be of higher combat level than the main one.

Someone told me my higher one would get blocked, but that person wasn't a part of the game's administration, so i'd like to get an official answer, please.

The higher one will be blocked BOW or you can lvlup your character of lower level up to this and then write in your info that from now on this character is main and the other is additional

You can write that your higher level character has been abandoned in your profile and then never log into it. There is a chance that it may be blocked.
