"Hello dear clan mates,
Thanks to seanckx we'll have an artifact giveaway for this month ! Specifically, seanckx will donate his Temporal Shield [30/30] for the top lottery winner and I thought of adding a second prize, which is a Six-faceted signet ring [36/36] (donated by Eddreine_RinLi, thank her for the donation !).
The lottery is free for all clan members to participate, no entrance fees required (for members outside the clan, you still need to pay the clan entrance fee), just reply to this message.
There will be a fair-control system similar to the one of the server's roulette. A random number is already picked in the space [1 , 999999999] of integers. It's locked and uploaded for everyone to check here : hallion91.freehostia.com/RandomNumber.rar
Once this month is passed, the lottery winners will be announced and the password code will be made public. The most lucky guy gets the ring and the second luckiest gets the shield. Each participant will be given a number that resembles his turn on sending me his PM, note that higher turn won't give you higher chance to win. The winners will be for first place [RANDOM_NUMBER modulo NUMBER_OF_PARTICIPANTS + 1] and for the second place will be [RANDOM_NUMBER modulo (NUMBER_OF_PARTICIPANTS - 1) + 1]
