no, only hero and creature attack(range and melee) deal extra 10% damage as water elemental damage.
spell damage still remain the same even you cast ice cold. |
You would need enchanted jewelry to do extra damage with spells.
Cold blade is a "might' upgrade. |
although hero can deal extra water dmg to target, in case target has resist water, the hero's extra water dmg will be reduce too.
the hero physical dmg cant be reduce without faction resist |
