Ungovernable Steppe: 4
Fisinhg Valley: 2
Portal ruins: 1
Crystal Garden: 7 (probably the best place to sell it)
Bear montain: 1
Great Wall: 4

This is the list where you can sell obsidian. Not sure if all have gold for you to do it ;)
