Impossible to say which is best since it depends on the situation.
Generally you can say that for combat against high defence units I10 is better and against units with low defence units F10 is better. So it depends on what you are fighting. Since ignoring 10 attack of a farmer is less impressive than of a dragon.
It also depends on your own attack since the worth of decreasing defence points also depends on the differences between your attack and there defence.
You also have to remember that weapon enchants is subadditiv so if you have other enchants on other weapon slots you might want to chose the one you don't already have.
Last but not least I10 don't have any value for a 5+ liz charge and aimed shot.

So it is a tricky question. For hunts I think that F10 would do fine since it always have a good effect while I10 sometimes has a very minor one. But for PvP I would chose I10 |
