My uncle, just reaced lvl 5 in thieves guild, but he did not get a Thief invitation? Why? Is that a bug or something?

2009-04-08 21:30: Received 1 Gold from Halfrinia : 10,000 gold prepayment given for TGI lease. Will return TG invite in 2 weeks.
But I've been looking into his transfer log but can't find any page with another Thief Invititation on it.. After this date 2009 04 08. |

2009-04-22 08:49: Received item(s): 'Thief amulet' [60/60] from SELE
2009-04-21 23:54: Received item(s): 'Thief invitation' [1/1] from SELE
So indeed, SELE leased the TGI and received one on TG2 and gave it back to the leaser. |
| Answer is simple he got the TGI at TG:2 that mean that on TG:5 he get only 1 art but not second TGI. |
Yes, getting one under the old system at TG2 means that the player will not receive one now at TG5.
