Flash has broken the temporary fragile agreement with Android and is no longer available on Play. It is also not updated.
What you can do is trying to find older versions of it as an .apk application, but I'm afraid I can't suggest any, I don't know any safe links for that. (And obviously, you would need to allow installation of non-market applications in your system settings)
The safest way though is making Puffin browser work. That's what works for everyone, so try to analyse where the problem with it lies. Perhaps it would be enough to update Android indeed. |
