+1 for combat school, altough, option 4 would need some balance, as I see it too powerful.
2. The effect of Stunning Blow is doubled.
3. The hero does triple damage to the selected unit (still the very small damage to those around it).
4. "Armor Piercing". The hero's attack not only stuns the target, but also give it a temporary debuff of -(1*[CL]) Defense for 5 rounds (a level 15 hero would do -15 Defense for 5 rounds).


Then my guards won't be of any use.
I hate it when facing a barbarian thats keeps stunning my guards. Giving him double stun would mean that my guards won't even get a decent turn.
Not to mention giving stoneskin +12 def as the enemy can do -13 defence.
This would be the hell for all slow troops(tankers).
I think that stun is good enough, no need for it to be more powerful.

Option 1 and 3 are nice.
Instead of better stun, attacks could cause bleeding. Something like target suffer 10% of dmg dealt for 2 turns.
For example
barb attacks for 50 shrews. With that effect they would recieve next 2 turns 10% of that damage. And lvl 4 could be something like
the bleeding effect can stack 5 times.
Dmg of bleeding instead of % could be equal to barbs Attack value or CL*2.

Instead of option 4 i would suggest crittical hit. Something like 25% to cause 400% dmg. Lvl 4 could give 50% for 600% dmg.
it is fine as it is now.
Many people do play might builds for other factions without spells, and they have no advantage from magic guild 3,4 and 5 either.

7. It is forbidden to create topics with suggestions to weaken/strengthen any unit, artifact, faction.

Adminstration periodically balance all factions as needed.
