So even with the highest LG guild you would need over 1,500 enrolls to get 100k.

this will take away 55k gold from you, but you get it back from the CL10 rewards

I am going to assume that your base wage is 170, so about 272g per enroll
#4& 7 of course, but I think we can all agree that the implicature here is that he will relieve the penalties with occasional hunts and stuff
I doubt someone will stay at 0.1* multiplier if he wishes to get 400k+ even though his question might not have explicitly stated it.
450,000/272 is simply 1654 enrolls
The raw calculation isn't hard, adjusting it according to your monetary input/output over the span of a long period is.
This number will be decreased considering that you are nearly LG5 with higher multiplier, if you are enrolling with higher base wage, or if you have additional income, like you selling arts, for example.
yet it will also be increased considering that you need golds for something else as well, cheap arts, for example.
I'll say 1800 just to be safe (another 45k at LG5 with base wage 170)
Unless if this spans across to CL11, then I'd go with 2k enroll as already suggested a number of times.
I can't really tell if you are starting to do less combat in a day to save on golds. But 1800 enroll is doable between CL10 and 11. How you'll play is a big factor.
