| Does donation rate fluctuate regularly? Just after marge it was 9.01 for 10 then it become 8.81 & now it is 10.01.Does any 1 have any clue about this? |

Therate is tied to Russian ruble, it is 1 diamond for exactly 27 rubles worth of donation, and that doesn't change. What changes is the rate of RUR to other currencies, so it may vey well fluctuate indeed.
Right now it is 0.881. There may be donation service commission which is different for every individual method, and its size is established by the individual donation sevice provider. |

Its changed & I think it will change again with RUR rate change in money market.Now on need to keep a tab on Us$ & RUR exchange rate :D
