Well looking at your stats they seem pretty good for your level.
If you had level camped a bit more you could have pushed up to LG6.
Also if you had started the thieves or rangers guilds earlier you might have picked up some more initiative bonus.
But really your faction skill level(7) for Combat level 9 is good. |

| Camp, raise LG, save up gold and try to raise FSL of other factions would be my suggestion |

That is not why people do not recommend it. People do not recommend it because TG is a better option in the long run. |
TG is better both in terms of long-term investment, and in terms of guild bonus (since, even though you get same rewards at same guild levels, the levels themselves are easier to achieve with the thieves).
Keep LG growing, LG6 is yet another stat to your character. And start thinking about CG, at the very least try to participate in all Minor tournaments whenever they are held. |
