And the ones that still managed to get to top 50 lucked out. I have noticed that when you are in a fight with a player who hasn't fought that many event battles, his AI opponent hardly gets any creatures, so you luck out and can easiliy win it.
Or you could organize such battles with your clan mates. Notice I included "(and non members of military clans)" in my statement. A well organised clan can setup battles were the main representative would be joined only by clanmates with few time trips. I did not miss your point, you just have a narrow perception of what the event is about. Gambling with random teammates is very much part of the event. Encounters with serpents and coral chicks casting waves of renewal is kind of rare. |
for Lawton:
Your statement about: Talents could not be used in this event, so high levels only had higher basic stats but so did their AI opponent, which canceled each other out.
is not true. In fact, AI opponents do have talent, and they are effective. So they are somewhat at advantage. |
Only military clans could form those battles.
In this event I haven't even been able to play 1 battle with a friend, the battles kept filling up so fast, even I had to click a dozen times before I was able to join one.
And my friends don't have 2,5 mill to be able to create a military clan. We are all scattered among different clans that are meaningless. Once one of us has 2,5 mill will we create one, untill then we just watch from the sideline since none of the clans we are in host anything or do anything.
And do tell what is the event about, since you are so 'high' of perception. You were the one that went on that the event was about the admins rewarding high level people. But from what I see they get the same low exp we get and only 1 point of skillpoint more. At L8 I get a bit above 2 and the L14s and such a bit above 3 skillpoints. The depth of your perception is overwhelming. |
her are vampire count priority of AI
has any1 tried wid them? |
I meant hey |
@DreamStrike, AI opponents will always be at an advantage or the challenge will be lost. I was making a comparison with low level players and high level players, about people playing this game, not about the AI you are playing against.
@viren, i have seen players that tried vampires, you only get 2 vampires each time you select it, to get a big stack you need a lot of points. And AI hits the vampire with every shooter and fighter in range, like it is priority number one. I didn't see a vampire survive a second round. |
i have 33 victories and i would have had 34 if my partner hadn't gone afk in last battle, can't you do anything about it?:( |
I started on level 7 and am now level 8 but now I cannot find my ratings anywhere on any level, where do I find my ratings?
Can anybody plz answer my ques?? |
At what server hour they close the portal? |
for Lawton:
higher level players are at disadvantage because AI opponent have way more bonus from talent. so they can recruit higher tier creatures to cancel out the effect.
while lower level players are less affected by the difference between talents so they can't recruit higher tier creatures. In another word, if you can hire T7 creatures then you will be too overpowered. |
it says "the portal shall be shut at midnight".. does it means we still have almost 24 hours? |
@DreamStrike, It seems you have missed out the entire point I made. Low level players AI opponents start to come with stacks of 4+ L7 tier creatures and then the low level players have zero chance to be able to win, since they cannot bring any L7 creatures. This was the flaw I was talking about.
@labangiul5, I ended with 32 victories, practicly half of my losses were due to afk players, in every event we keep on running into these afk players, so far nothing has been done and seeing it going on for 2,5 years since I am playing this game, it seems nothing will be done. |
@Lawton: Then join an MC with your friends, there are dozends of them. Where's the problem? |

i don't like to get into political issues, but: i am in a similiar case as yours, and realized after a while that:
1) you can indeed choose at least one of your mates. It's a matter of clicking fast, have a quick look at their gear, and decide. Usually people getting afk for good have poor gear.
2) often, my losses were my fault. You must play teamly to win, sometime sacrifying yourself, even if that means you will get less FSP and no arts. Many people (and i include myself in it) just try to go for their own better damage. At higher opponent levels, it doesn't pay out. |
for Lawton:
you sound like without higher tier creatures you can't beat AI T7 creatures. But that is not true.
Even at higher levels such as lvl 16, still a lot players don't recruit T7 and still managed to win. It's all about strategy. If you want to ask about strategy, I believe a lot experienced players can answer your questions here. |
for Lawton:
You can't take much t7 into battle, they are very expensive |
And do tell what is the event about, since you are so 'high' of perception.
First of all, you are the one who said I have "so high of perception", whatever that means. I never ever said anything like that about myself.
To answer this question: It is an event with elements of luck (getting random teammates meaning randomly difficult opponents) or clan affair (organizing vanguards) and skill (finding the best configuration with the least crystals of time).
You were the one that went on that the event was about the admins rewarding high level people. But from what I see they get the same low exp we get and only 1 point of skillpoint more. At L8 I get a bit above 2 and the L14s and such a bit above 3 skillpoints. The depth of your perception is overwhelming.
I question your understanding of English. I said on #259, and pay attention to the grayed out part: "It's about time that the admins reward people for trying to gain experience and levels. However if you look at the rankings, even low level folks (and non members of military clans) get to reach top 50. It seems that the lack of higher tier creatures was not an issue with those people."
In plain English: high level folks do not get too much advantage in this event despite having access to dragons and fancy creatures. Hell, my multi at CL 6 managed 34/48 with only tier 3 creatures. That's 3 wins less than the global champion right now. Might change later though.
Only military clans could form those battles.
This is what I meant by "narrow perception". There is clearly a solution to the Tier 7 problem but you are unable or unwilling to do it and you consider that an event flaw. It is not. As a solo player myself, it sucks for me but we have to face the fact that this game is geared towards team events and clans. |
and one more question: how on earth is the reward calculated? Because.. just had a guy die at the beginning of battle, with almost no army and no damage, and he got more than me?

i light other tribals troops with 268 damage but harpies get only 228. why? |
I assume you talk about yukionna or snow maidens, they have air vulnerability, they take 25% more air elemental damage. |
