| There should be a choice for eleven bowman to shoot 1 bow or 2 bows as ,if the 1st bow deals enough damage and the enemy is very less so why to waste a bow. |

| elven bowmen will not expend second shot if first shot perishes the whole stack just like wolf riders |
| he means if very stacks remain like only 1 or 2 (maby some more)which is not worth 2 waste a arrow then we can save arrow |

How will you select though, after the first show or before.
If after, suppose Eleven get luck and deal great damage, then you can save the arrows, which will make the Elf a wee bit stronger(not considerable but a little bit)
If before, then it defeats the whole purpose because the Eleven may deal way less damage,

disturbs the balance,double shot is a bless and a curse,where it makes u deal double damage it might also waste shots,
with ur idea,u will take away the curse and this will make elves stronger,
