| Is this to contest for spots on the map or what? | | no, you can just do 5 battles/day against AI hero to practice and get decent xp/fsp | its contest ground, its another way to get decent FSP.

you lose, ther strength reduce. | Afaik contest grounds have no dynamic balancing
