Ok, I'm confused, I can't find out how to do the family thing.
For example, I'm going to use Arctic: https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4719
His Family: Puzzycat (sis), ArshesNey (sis), Snowmage (brother).
How do you do this :)?

At the registry office; https://www.lordswm.com/family.php

You can find it under the public services tab in Empire Capital.
