| What does this mean? If I am the victim of a very boring game due to bad sportsmanship, I can't be the one to report my opponent/the offender? | It means that only the victim can be the one to report the offender.
If you see a battle between 2 other players where one player delays the combat to the end, you cannot report that player. Only the victim, the player who was fighting the delayer, can report that player if he is upset about the delayer's actions. |
