| I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, it will lessen the load on the moderators. On the other, this forum section can actually be a source of amusement and drama. It would be nice if it had the strictest rule for grammar, though... |

This would help moderators, but hell! It's their job to be hassled! They can't gain gold for nothing ;D
However, a level doesn't change the person.
The person comes up with the idea, not the level. Plus, without low levels writing up in I&S, how would we know about how to make low level combats, factions more fun?

if the idea is good when the player is low level, it will be also good when he reaches level 10 and he would be able to share it with the community.

I could consider it if it was about the time ones has registered.For example only players that have registered 6 months ago

By the time he is CL 10, he probably wont care about low levels anymore.
Plus, things change all the time, maybe something that he didn't like change and he liked it, but without knowing due to him being a higher Combat Level something he liked changed to something he didn't like.

What if someone played this game for ages and just hunted?
Or
They could be somebody with years of experience in HoMM.
It does not matter what level you are, what if a person who was say... level 3, had a great idea that could completely revolutionize the game? Perhaps they could have lots of experience in HoMM?
