In duration of years I'm in this game, I've seen many ideas coming from low levels which
a) proposed many times and declined by admins
b) already in two sticky list where their proposal earns a ban.
c) totaly utterly against the mechanics / customs of this game.
admit, there were - about 1 in a 100 - reasonable ideas coming from low levels too.
I believe restricting topic creation (not posting, just creation) in I&S below combat level 10 would decrease moderators burden and actualy increase the change I&S read by admins - by simply decreasing its volume ;) |

Not such a good idea, What if someone played this game for ages and just hunted? enrolled? Made fl larger therefore are not such a high level? For instance, https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4385827 Lord Ethereality.
He has played for a long time (Not that I or many people in fact know him) but he must have such knowledge of the game and what could and could not be improved.
Being a low level doesn't mean that you have no idea what you're talking about.

what u say might be a little correct that they should first understand the game and its principles..
but ideas can come from anywhere as in some low level player may notice something that even u couldn't..
no ideas are dumb :) or superior, they may only be used depending on the "Need"
of that idea

It would be violating freedom of speech mate..everyone shld get a chance to post an idea regardless of level or how stupid it is :)

not all low-level-players are "noobs" or "stupid", don't forget about level-camper...

I believe I am an example of why this is a bad idea. I made a very serious suggestion before about Hunts (Which is still open for discussion)
