Is it legal if I buy from market seller some items that are priced very cheap?
(Even though all items have no base values now)

eg. I am auctioning a ring of bunnies, for half an hour. Because it's never been seen before, I expect to make major profit in that half hour. But ring of bunnies only gets 2 bids. You are the highest bidder at 500 gold. You now own the ring of bunnies and it's not illegal. |

Usually people sell back to original seller for a small fee or pay a top-up to bring price close to market price.
Admin have also previously stepped in and sorted personally quite a few times |

That is because the rules are vague about this topic. The rules say that the prices must not differ too much from the market prices, which is not specific at all. It doesn't say exactly how much is acceptable, and at what point it is illegal. So if admins feel that a player bought something for a ridiculously cheap price, they might intervene and sort it out. |

People sometimes sell 1/xx items at full price (of xx/xx) and others buy it in a hurry but admin doesn't consider it wrong afaik. Similarly you can sell/buy something cheap as long as it does not border on financial assist..for example selling something at less 50% of its original price or 200% of its original price.
