| Hi guys ! , my friend devaraj ( leon1234567890 ) sent me all his gold and artifacts when he quit , he has different ip and the gift ( adding up the amount of artifacts and gold ) is less than the gift limit for his level , but i have a minor doubt ( is it exploitation of rules , do i have to pay the money to empire )? |
| also to add up he has suspicious transfer log with another guy , so i think i better send the money to empire. what you think? a suggestion would be great , |
Transfers when a character is to leave the game is forbidden. The player is supposed to transfer all the gold to the empire.
I'd suggest you maintain no relationship with a guy who had shady transfer log just to be on a safe side. Juries aren't of forgiving nature. |

3.15.3. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers.

well, since it was bellow the legal gift amount and you haven't had any IP conflicts you're legally in the clear.
But, he's had shady transfers, and some admins tend to be lackluster and careless ... so if a case against you or him ever comes up, you might get hammered (unjustly) just because you had transfers with a cheater! |

well can i get out of that situation by sending the gold back to empire? if thenhe sent me some shop artifacts , should i calculate the cost as the current value or old value? |
