| Any faction that has awesome ranged units , like - Elf , holy knight . |
| I don't know if it's just me but I find that dark elves are very powerful against Tribals, especially their rogues/shrews because they can get attacks in quickly before they get their spirit/rage up |

Why do you want to change to a faction that has advantage against tribals?
Because you already have tribal FL 3 so you have some resistance against it, it may be more efficient to have a faction that is good against all but tribal.
Unless you want to switch back to tribal and you want to gain resistance to the faction that is good against you :).
