Yes you can.
And if you did things on your main that an alt would not be allowed, it will be blocked (your alt that was main, in your case abh33).
And you can do this only once as far as I know. |

I would keep your main and stop playing roulette. Apart from losing some money on roulette, there is no reason to switch your main character. Also as STB has pointed out:

Well that would actually break the rule. Make it the same level and then change. |
You can switch main to abh34 even now, but your abh33 would break 3.13.8, and it *might* be blocked because of that.
Nothing will happen to abh34 (as main). |
