No it is not compulsary. Most players who have family registered through registry offices have just created a fantasy family. For example, none of my "family" I know in real life. They are just people close to me in the game who I set up a relationship with.
So if you have family playing from same IP/computer as you, mention it in your personal information and do not bother with the registry office. |
