When aim in a battle or gruop battle, my trops some times do " freez in fear" WHY?!!?!?!?!?! WHYYYY???????? And the outher guys trops dont do that just mine .. WHY?!

You are probably rising your troops. It makes them get -2 moral, and, then, they may freeze in fear.
Or, it can also happen when you are hit by a hell horse, because of their ability "fear attack". |
Basically you freeze in fair when you sustain Negative Morale upon your troops.
Some parameters from artifacts, raising troops affect you while negating morale.
Necromancers are unaffected by morale parameter. |

| After being raised, the living stack becomes a walking dead with always neutral Morale, but does not acquire the properties of undead. The morale of all other living stacks of your character becomes -2. |
| Unless your knight army all are robots..Which then it will not freeze in fear..And its not gonna happened :D |
