You lost the facility,but did you win the first battle?If you did then its expected that your army will increase regardless of your clan winning or losing the facility.

I lose both battles. They are both for seizing control over facilities, not defending facilities. |
| I think that it may be "dynamic" as it is with the Thieves Guild. Difficulty will decrease based on how well you lost. |

I noticed it too. After winning many battles in a row I get a very weak enemy and then a very strong one.
My only explanation (only Artic can verify this) is that: The game calculates the 3 players difficulty and then set's the AI's 3 players difficulty. So you may get a weak enemy if your teammate get's a stronger then usual one ;) |
