AuthorIs putting own artifact into depo to rent legal?
subject above
Yes.
renting cost from depository has no profit margin
so this is exactly the same as selling your art to the clan for art shop price
for art shop price
Sorry if my question is not directly related to the topic, but what about rare arts or things that are not found in shop?
well, as far as i know the rent price for artifacts is automatically set by the game and can not be changed. But dont know how this works for rare and enchanted arts.
Or maybe it is possible for the clan leader to set renting price for all arts.
But it would just be much easier to sell an artifact to the clan instead of leasing it to the clan.
Because if you lease it to the clan and want to gain the profit from renting it, thats a whole lot more of work to make the math correct, also if that art then has to be repaired, you (the owner) has to pay for it.
So i would just recommend to sell art to the clan, then if it has to be repaired, smith can be directly paid from clan balance as well. And you get all the gold as soon as the clan gets the art.
I would say it is legal. Rare or special event arts typically have very low actual value (much like how market price and actual price of hunter arts is so varied) LWM does not provide many exceptions to their rules; so I honestly think its safe - on both questions.
So a member can transfer his enchanted, rare or shop arts to be put in depository for rental. Can a clan make a small profit from it? Maybe 1-10%.

I mean someone who knows the rules from Russian side, not just guessing.
