That is a 10% increase in initiative, not 10 points. Base initiative is 8, so 10% of that is 0.8 increase in initiative

It may be that you are fighting with different levels, the reason they will get more or less exp is that they are higher or lower levels than you are.

Hes a level higher difference is about 7-800 exp
3rd guy has the same 2 exp more nvm i am not counting him

Say if you were using creatures form 4 different factions, from what I understand, it would negate the morale penalties from using 4 different factions, so if you plan on only using 1 or 2 factions, don't bother with it |

I have no idea, but i imagine the most effective build at this moment is hall of unity with tons of 1st tier creatures, after the first tier creatures get expensive, then tier two and so on. |
