I bought Heavy mithril boots and used it only 6-10 times..
I went back to the inventory to gear up for the defense and I realized that my boots are missing.
Please help!! |

Check the Stash tab, a little treasure chest icon in the rightmost tab, maybe it dropped there.
If not, you probably discarded them =( |

If it isn't in the stash, then no matter what you say and it isn't a glitch, then you've discarded it. Because starred items still show up in the main inventory page, if it's not stashed then it's gone.
Maybe you put it on the market and forgot about it? |

Correct I can only see the following possibilities:
1. You overlooked them in inventory (Including "stash")
2. You have put them on market
3. You have discarded them
4. You have transferred/sold them
5. It is an bug (never have never heard this happen before so I am doubtful) |

| I think most of the possibility is that you accidently discarded it..Though there is some slim chance that bug has visited your account |

Open the 'post a lot ' in market and check list of arts that you can post in market.
If you can see the boots then there might be some display bug else you must have discarded by mistack. |

The only point I can think of is discard but if you are so sure.

I understand, and also listed it as a possibility, but it does decrease the likelihood, that is why I said I doubted it (I didn't say it did not happen).
I don't think you can get more help here. You can report it if you feel secure in non of the other options (1-4) are valid. |

What if you bought it with your multi, and forgot (check multi's inventory)
You use the same IP as your brother. What if you went into your account without him properly exiting his own account, and thus you were in your brother's account when you bought the boots? (check with your brother to see what he has in his own inventory)
What if it went the other way around and he logged in by mistake in your account after you bought the boots and he discarded them thinking it was his account (or not -- evil brother...)
The same as above, but w.r.t. your friends that come and play/login from your house, or those that you go to play from their house.
Looks like there is a lot of sharing IP/computer/house so make sure you were not in either of their accounts when you bought the boot, and just as well they were not in your account and discarded them... |
