-1 to sorting by activity
+1 to a monthly blind auction to purchase position in list. | +1 for original idea, and for 6 hours or tiny fee.
-1 for "closed" for inactive players. (could be more realistic, but not fair at all.) | | +1 for the addition. I'd even add that after a certain period of inactivity (6 months, a year maybe) the estate should go back to the market. | Third priority should be the number of rooms available. The guy with more empty rooms, being on top.
This is also a reaslistic suggestion, when someone is looking for a hotel to live, he would prefer one with many rooms to choose from, not a crowded and noisy one. And of course, this will help the estate owners with few customers. | | + |
