Any troop can freeze in fear when
1.A troop hss negative morale and the probability is similar to that of morale.
2.Any troop that decreases the morale.
3.On attack of some creature which has 'fear' ability.
The ring of doubts gives negative morale that would have caused the freeze in fear of a troop.

In that situation the targeted stack flees in fear, not freeze :p and only living creatures can flee in fear. |
