supposing if we accept the merc (e.g army , vangaurd ) we battle it and win but failed to report back on time will the level of it increase or be the same???
e.g if the guild asks to fight vangaurd of dark elf 8 and we win the battle but dont report on time and fail the quest and next time will the same level vangaurd come or vangaurd of level 9 will appear?? |

how am i to post the link ?? in my battle log i have won but i never report back but now it has leveled up :( i did not take any screen shots .

If you battle it, win and don't report it back it will level up. This is a measure designed to prevent level campers from battling a low level monster - 60xp, per 0.5fsp for example and winning, then not reporting it and being able to do it again.
So in your case Shuriken, the level will increase. |
