| Ok, so i had a character called "usagabro" almost level 4, i bought 20 Diamonds on it, i have the reciept if needed, i was opening my computer when i refreshed the page it went to lordswm.com and i coulden't login because it didn't set a password, i didn't know about the "set password" since last time i played dwas before 2013, u can check when this account was created, can i recover him? Or i make a new one and set it on level 4 (my was level 3 needing 200 exp to level 4) and u guys give 20 Diamonds to it? (i show reciepts) |

| Ive tried, but like i said, i refreshed i didn't setted password, wich means i didn't set an email or password for it, because ive played 2012 before making the knight i didn't know i had to set a password, it didn't asked me so i refreshed page and i was loged out without setting password, restore doesnt work |

I have set the same email as you use for this character of yours, Lord gabro.
I have generated a new password for you which you may get by follow the link given by keeper Murali.
Note that it will take 15-30 minutes for the message with your password to reach your email account, all for security purposes. |
| It says i still don't have usagabro, i was testing when i do password recovery with "Lord gabro" it shows password sent to: [email protected] but when i do with usagabro doesn't work |
